Spicy healthy cookies

These sin free biscuits are totally guilt-free!

2 Weetabix

1 egg

60ml skimmed milk

2 tsp sweetener

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

Place Weetabix, sweetener and spices in a food processor and blend. Add the egg and milk and blend again. Let the mixture sit for a minute or two as it will slightly thicken.
Transfer the mixture onto a lined baking tray, forming 6 biscuits. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C, turn them over and bake for a further 10 minutes.
