White Chocolate Snowballs

These delicious snowballs are a perfect Christmas gift.

100g white chocolate

50g butter

200g madeira cake

Topping

200g white chocolate

125g desiccated coconut

Melt together the white chocolate and butter
Cut the madeira cake into pieces and blitz in a food processor until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Add the cake crumbs to the melted white chocolate and mix together well.
Roll the mix into balls with your hands.
Chill for 1 hour.
Melt the rest of the white chocolate.
Cover the cake balls in the melted chocolate and roll in the desiccated coconut.
