itsa Cookbook by Domini Kemp
Domini Kemp was born in the Bahamas, to an Irish mother and Scottish father, and moved to Ireland in 1983. She trained as a chef in London before co-writing New Irish Cooking and working in the Michelin-starred peacock Alley. In 1999, she opened the hugely popular itsabagel with her sister, Peaches, which has grown into a successful food company. The business have grown into other areas including outdoor catering, restaurants and a café as well as growing their wholesale and retail divisions. Domini regularly contributes to TV, magazines, and Year newspapers as a chef/food writer.
