Hey Pesto
Great after school snack, full of protein and slow release carbohydrates.
4 Johnston Mooney & O'Brien Golden Linseed Sandwich Thins
8 tbsp pesto
150g roast chicken
1 mozzarella ball
Preheat oven 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
Spread a little basil pesto on each Sandwich Thin.
Scatter the roast chicken on top.
Tear the mozzarella and arrange on top.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
