An impressive dessert that your guests will love

150g flour

25cl water

100g butter

4 eggs

1L vanilla ice-cream

150g dark chocolate

15cl milk

Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a saucepan, melt the butter with the water. Bring to a boil then add the flour and mix vigorously. Using a spatula, keep whisking until the dough comes together and creates a smooth ball that doesn’t stick to the saucepan.
Take off the heat and let cool for a few minutes, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each egg.
Using 2 spoons, form 16 to 18 small balls of dough on a lined baking tray and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool down completely.
Cut the choux on the side and fill them with ice-cream.
Melt the chocolate and the milk over in a saucepan over medium to low heat. Pour over the choux and enjoy.
