Vegan brownies
Healthy, easy and tasty: this brownie ticks all the boxes.
3 ripe bananas
120g almond butter
30g cacao powder
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4. Lightly grease a square cake tin and line with baking paper.
Mash the bananas, add the almond butter and cacao powder and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
