Lorraine Pascale is a popular new chef who's cookery career has gone from strength to strength.  You may be familiar with her from her popular BBC cookery series 'Baking Made Easy'.  She demonstrates her love of good food while expertly preparing a wide selection of her favour dishes.  Her book 'Baking Made Easy' launched alongside the show and we have a few of her favourites here to give you a taste of her recipes.
