Innocence en Danger is a French non-profit organisation that aims to fight the sexual abuse of children.

Their latest ad campaign, which can be found in magazines, newspapers and on bus shelters around Paris, highlights the risks associated with talking to people you don't know online.

Using emoticons, the campaign reveals that there is more than meets the eye to a simple funny face, especially if you have never met the person sending it. For those who are not very tech savvy, emoticons are little symbols that people use in texts, emails or on social networking sites to convey how they are feeling.

The ad's very powerful slogan “Who’s really chatting to your child online?” will really open up both your eyes and those of your children to the dangers of the internet.
