Fergie becomes a new mum

Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie has become a mother.

 

After throwing three different baby showers, the 38-year old gave birth to a boy by scheduled C-section on Thursday morning.

 

Fergie and her husband, actor Josh Duhamel, named their newborn Axl Jack Duhamel, having previously said they would be choosing a traditional name that “you don’t hear very often”.

 

Little Axl weighed in at 7 pounds 10 ounces and Fergie will reportedly recuperate in a VIP suite used by new mum Kim Kardashian.
