lullaby milk

My 2 year old hates and I mean HATES going to bed, she usually screams the house down. Well not last night thanks to a carton of cows milk I bought in Super Valu the day before. This is no normal milk but one that goes by the name of Lullaby Milk. It contains melatonin which helps the body to fall asleep. It is recommended on the carton to drink 500ml 1 hour before bed. My daughter drank about 100ml mixed in with her normal milk (she didn't want it poured from a strange carton if you get what I mean).
Anyway bedtime rolled around and I put her in her cot at this point she will scream she wants out and will do so for ages, but last night she was asleep within 2/3 minutes! I kid you not. The company who produce the milk do state that it doesn't work for everyone but is natural and known to compat jetlag and insomnia.
In my opinion is it is worth spending a little extra money on to get a little person over 1 year of couse to 100 years to sleep if they have trouble dropping off.
Adrahan Cheese make the milk and it is available in all Super Valu and Dunnes Stores.
